Key Notifications and Standout Moments
This event emphasized the vision of Cisco and introduced pioneering innovations intended to help entering the AS data centers, ensuring resistance in the workplace and prefer digital security. The management shared knowledge of how Cisco’s innovation they shape the digital landscape, provides solutions that simplify operations, increase security and allow AI.
AI and automation were naturally key topics, with discussions on the implementation of AI strategies to achieve business goals. I had bright conversations on the transformation of infrastructure and role and in achieving business objectives and strengthening the import of strategic integration AI. We also announced the latest innovation of AI Cisco Customer Experience, the new AI, built in cooperation with Mistral. The CX continues to demonstrate how Cisco brings against its vision to personalize every customer experience, proactive and predictive unique results that exceed customers’ expectations.
In more exciting reports, Cisco announced that it increases its offers in AI skilling by launching its Newst AI Skills Journey program to build critical AI infrastructure skills from joining the expert. As part of this effort, Cisco Learning & Certification has updated the current certification, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and InternetWork Expert (CCIE). These updated certifications reflect AI skills and cyber security needed to achieve effective business results. It was also a recurring topic in the CCIe session, which I was proud of hosted it during Cisco Live.
The clinic, demos and practical laboratories of technical solutions were again highlighting the event.
TAC Center employees (TAC), a team that has an incredible depth of talents and expertise, was supported.
One example of the impressive innovation displayed was the cooling technology of immersion for data centers. This allows data centers to dispose of more powerful servers in a smaller track without the risk of overheating, which is essential to consider efficiency and sustainability of the data center.

More than just a technology show
Although the technology shown is always impressive, Cisco Live is more than just innovation. It is also about building real connections and celebrations of people and values that drive our technology.
This year’s event was a bright conversation about diversity, justice and inclusion (Dei). I had the pleasure of participating in incitement emphasizing Dei as a business differentiator, an impact on internal culture and customer relationships. As a long -term advocate of incorporation in the workplace, it was inspired by how Howry still determined to support the inclusive environment in the technology industry.
When we wrapped up for a week, we celebrated the Lounge CX Rock Legend Lounge and reflected a weekly girl with learning and cooperation. The Cisco Live EMEA 2025 really demonstrated the power of technology and innovation.
